Loomworks is a manufacturer and exporter of innovatively designed mens’ wear to private label brands abroad. Drawing on the diverse talent of our team, we convert knit fabrics made with cotton and blended materials into quality apparel in line with our customer needs. Our apparel range includes t-shirts, polos, sweat jackets, sweatshirts, shorts, track bottoms and coordinated sets. We offer conventional clothing and sustainable clothing garments.
All our garments are manufactured in house at our modern factory located at Bhosari MIDC, Pune. Our core clients are small to midsized fashion conscious retail brands based overseas. Our offer of superior work manship, flexible order quantity, design support and a one stop shop for conventional cotton and organic cotton garments is appreciated amongst a growing number of clients across the globe.

OUR PROCESS
DESIGN AND PATTERN DEVELOPMENT
Design specifications are shared by clients and garments are made as per design brief received. Our design and merchandising team shares a collection with buyers each season and these are further modified and finetuned to suit client needs.
SAMPLING
For each order we create a prototype for approval, allowing the customer to test and refine the functionality of their design. Once the samples are approved we commence bulk manufacturing.
FABRICS, TRIMS & ACCESSORIES SOURCING
We source different types of fabrics, trims, accessories, custom labels and swing tags to ensure that the garments look special with the embellishments.
BULK PRODUCTION
Bulk manufacturing takes place on our production lines at our own factory in Pune.
QUALITY CHECKS
All articles go through a process of quality checks as per specified parameters throughout the process of production. The quality checks are stringent and follow the globally accepted AQL norms.
DELIVERY
Once an order is completed it is routed directly to client warehouses for delivery via our network of reliable global couriers and freight forwarding agencies.

Loomworks was cofounded by Shailesh Bhosale and Manjusha Jakatdar. Our team is young, professional and tightly knit. With a high fashion awareness and exposure to international trends the team is customer centric and ensures that orders are delivered in line with customer expectations each season.
