Refined aesthetic sense of style, color, design. Ability to follow trends and conceptualize designs. Work on mood board and prepare a collection for each season.
Managing design process from concept through to final styling.
Creating production sketches and tech-pack for development.
Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel.
Production Planning
Control
Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording.
Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing and quality assurance according to plan.
Implement production planning and update time to time. Proficient with production software ( ERP ).
